To be eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee:

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Full Refund Scenarios

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • Issue Resolution: The technical issue was resolved through our guidance (successful outcome)
  • After 30 Days: More than 30 days have passed since the service date
  • Abuse: Evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy

Chargeback Policy

  • Chargebacks initiated without contacting us may result in service suspension
  • We will respond to all legitimate chargeback inquiries with documentation
  • Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be banned from future service

Service Credits

In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer:

  • Service Credits: Credit toward future assistance services
  • Follow-Up Support: Additional guidance sessions at no charge
  • Extended Support: Continued assistance until satisfaction is achieved

Service credits and alternative resolutions will be discussed with you before being applied.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances
